Donna Moreno, RN
Director of Nursing
I am entering my 47th year as a nurse, all my time has been in LTC/Hospice; prior to that I worked as a nursing assistant—yes before the certification was required. I have been asked in the past why I have never worked or wanted to work in an acute setting; LTC is what I love to do and cannot see myself doing any other specialty. Many of my years have been in management roles from UM to DON of Hospice and LTC facilities. I enjoy spending time with my family and 4 grandchildren. I enjoy traveling and cruising with friends.
April Davison
Director of Activities
April began her professional journey as an entrepreneur before transitioning into corporate event coordinating, where she honed her organizational and people skills over several years. Driven by a passion for serving isolated and vulnerable populations, she made a purposeful shift into healthcare six years ago — a role that continues to align deeply with her values. Outside of work, April enjoys exploring the world of botanicals and spending time in the outdoors, and exploring new places.
