Meet the Team
Arline Shea LNHA
Administrator
Arline graduated from Rivier University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and has worked in long-term care for over 18 years. In 2015, she started at Sutton Hill Center as a Scheduling & Payroll Manager and completed her Administrator Training. She then ventured off to other local Genesis buildings and was ecstatic at the opportunity to be an Administrator at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in 2020. Arline prides herself on servant leadership and improving the lives of each resident entrusted in her care every single day.

Director of Nursing
Dr. Candace L. Thompson D.O.
Medical Director
Dr. Candace L. Thompson D.O. is an Internal Medicine Doctor with specialized training and skill in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness. Internists specialize in puzzling medical problems and in the ongoing care of chronic illnesses. Internists also specialize in preventing disease by promoting health, and are trained to manage multisystem disease conditions that single-organ-disease specialists may not be trained to address. As an Internal Medicine Doctor, Candace L. Thompson, DO performs assessment, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment therapies for diseases and disorders in adult patients.
Nicole Chouinard
Director of Admissions
Nicole Chouinard started her career with the Company in June of 2007. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science. As Senior Director of Marketing and Admissions, Nicole is often the first person people connect with before admitting to Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She is very compassionate, caring, and empathetic. She understands that selecting a rehabilitation or nursing center for a loved one is a big decision. Nicole takes pride in delivering top-notch customer service. She is here to make the transition to skilled nursing and rehab as smooth as possible for our residents and their families.
